The level of riding and performance within horse riding is ever increasing. The talent of the horses we can access is extraordinary.
We also know that each horse we ride has its own physical strengths and weaknesses, just like we do. As a rider, one of our primary jobs is to absorb the natural movement of the horse, and to give aids through their seat to control and enhance and not impede this movement.
Yet so frequently we neglect our own physical off-the-saddle work. Or when we do, it’s not necessarily the right activities to enhance us as riders. Off-saddle training deserves specificity and dedication.
This is where Fit2Ride steps in and delivers unique sport-specific programs designed to empower riders.
